I got to the appointment a little earlier than I meant to but there was no problem with that and I don't believe I had to wait for my exact appointment before they took my car back for the oil change and I don't even think it took the estimated time for it either. We scheduled an appointment for 7-29 and we dropped the car off 7-23 in the afternoon. Imagine our surprise when they called 7-27 and said the vehicle was ready!
