🇺🇸 Memorial Day Weekend 🇺🇸
This year, Kayla is taking on the MURPH workout once again, as well as Lita, in honor of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who made the ultimate sacrifice in Afghanistan in 2005.
Memorial Day is more than cookouts, long weekends, and the unofficial start to summer.
It’s about remembering the brave men and women who gave everything for the freedoms we live every day.
The MURPH is meant to hurt a little.
That’s the point.
A reminder that freedom was never free. 🇺🇸
