Unfortunately it was ourselves having issues today! The freezing temps caused our hydraulic oil to freeze up on the filter. This is caused by of course freezing temps and moisture in the hydraulic oil, which resulted in no functionality to the air compressor and crane. Tank heaters and fresh oil will resolve this issue for us though!

Kalmar Ottawa T2 fitted with the Cummins ISB6.7 in for an EGR insufficient flow code. Upon removing the EGR valve, we found excessive soot build up due to extended idling. Ultimately due to the nature of these trucks overall purpose, this issue becomes the inevitable. EGR valve replaced, EGR ports cleaned, and preformed a parked manual regen. Trucks back to working 3 shifts a day

Detroit DD15 in for a new fuel system. Customer states truck won’t start without starting fluid. Upon diagnostics, we found the low pressure fuel pumps failed and shot metal throughout the whole fuel system. The only parts savable were the injectors thankfully.

Customer states truck is down on power and small amounts of smoke under the hood while driving. We found the exhaust manifold had a crack on the rear bellow. New exhaust manifold, gaskets, and hardware were installed and their back on the road running 👍🏼
