RESCUE JOB: 2020 Nissan Altima 2.5L 🔧

Client called after another mechanic completely abandoned a head gasket job mid-way, leaving bolts, brackets, and engine parts scattered in the driveway.

Here’s how we got it running again:
Tracked down, sorted, and matched every single missing bolt and loose component.

Cleaned the Head from a metálic silver spray the previous mechanic used on the head i don't know why!

Replaced head bolts and tightened to factory specs.

Replaced Water Pump to ensure no overheat again.

Reset and timed the timing chain correctly.

Replaced all gaskets on the way. Crank, valve cover, timing, water pump, inlet, throttle body & Injectors Seals

Manually spun the engine over to confirm zero valve clearance issues or internal damage from the previous attempt.

Full reassembly, proper torque specs, fresh fluids, and test run.

Fired right up on the first crank and purrs like a kitten. Another job saved! 🚗💨
