We love seeing everyone out enjoying Zip Rides, but we’ve noticed empty bottles, cups, and other trash being left behind around our scooters.

We understand—it’s not exactly easy to ride a scooter while carrying your bottle of Mtn. Dew! 😂 But when you’re finished, please take your trash with you or toss it in the trash can located right next to the scooters.

Downtown Ashland has some beautiful scenery, and we want to do our part to help keep it that way. Leaving trash behind takes away from the area that our community works hard to keep looking great.

This season is quickly coming to an end! We have approximately ONE MORE MONTH of riding before we close down for the winter.

Our ride passes give you more time to explore while saving compared to paying by the minute—and most include unlimited rides, no unlock fees, and no reservation fees!

The issue has been resolved and our new QR codes are now active! Simply scan the QR code and it will take you straight to our app!

🚨 Important Update 🚨

We’ve upgraded the QR codes on our scooters! The new QR codes now take you directly to the rental app, making it much easier to find and start your ride.

As with any technology upgrade, we’re currently experiencing some unexpected issues. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve them. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for full restoration.

The good news: Scooters can still be rented through our subscription/pass program using Cash, Cash App, or Venmo or by simply typing the QR code number into the box and starting ride.

We've received several questions recently about our $40 deposit, so we'd like to explain how it works!

The $40 deposit is required to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover your ride.

If your ride total is less than $40:
Your deposit will be applied to your ride, and any remaining balance will be refunded back to you.

If your ride total is more than $40:
Your $40 deposit will be applied toward your ride, and you will simply be charged the remaining balance after the trip.

The deposit is not an extra fee—it's simply applied toward the cost of your ride. We hope this clears up any confusion! If you have any other questions, feel free to send us a message. We're always happy to help!
