The time has come! 2 years ago we sat in our showroom with a team from and .global discussing the side-by-side market where it was now where it’s headed, including the tire and wheel market. When asked if there was something we would like to see we pitched an idea. We’ve been turning over in our heads for a while - 12 inch wide versions of the popular XT 400 and XTR 370 Tires from System3. Fast forward to today, that idea has come to fruition and we’ve received the first of this tire in Alaska. We are excited to put it to the test and we are beyond grateful to work with such great partners that listen to our feedback and ideas and bring those to life. It’s time to let these big boys eat! Today we whipped out a couple upgrades on 2025 HD11 Lonestar- we added some 1.5” forward offset arms to help clear the addition of 35” tires mounted on 15x10 wheels for that full look, big contact patch and better float in the mud. This 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000 came to us after an unfortunate incident left the entire front right corner destroyed. The machine was running a 6” lift, 4” portals, and 37” tires, but the setup simply wasn’t built to properly handle the added weight and leverage those huge tires create.

We tore into it and rebuilt the front end the right way using a full lineup of heavy-duty components from

• Rhino 2.0 Axles
• Keller Ball Joints
• Heavy-duty track bar system to stabilize and reinforce weak points
• SuperATV Z-Bend Heavy Duty Tie Rods
• New A-arm bushings

• SuperATV heavy-duty winch bumper
• Black Ops 6000 lb winch

Now this beast is back together stronger, tighter, and ready for more adventures without the failures!

🔥 Fresh out of the shop — this 2026 Polaris RZR Pro S just got transformed into the ultimate all-season adventure machine for one of our great customers.

This build focused on comfort, protection, and real-world functionality using products from some top-tier vendors:

✔️ SuperATV vented glass windshield
✔️ Rough Country power washer & wiper kit
✔️ SuperATV hard-coated Lexan upper door kit
✔️ Tinted rear windshield
✔️ SuperATV rear bed enclosure system with locking metal lid & gas struts

The new SuperATV upper cab kit fits exceptionally well, seals up tight, and features a clean latching system with integrated exterior door handles that give the machine a premium factory-style feel.

Out back, the rear bed enclosure seals nicely and adds secure, weather-resistant storage with a locking lid and gas strut assist for easy access.

This RZR is now ready to keep its occupants — and their gear — warm, clean, dry, and protected no matter what Alaska throws at it.
