Chuck rolled in with a 2025 Polaris XPEDITION ADV 5 NorthStar and a simple ask: make it more capable and make it look mean. He came to the right place. 🔧

Our buddy Dennis rolled in with his 2025 Can-Am Defender 6x6 Limited after getting humbled in the mountains. He wanted traction, clearance, and capability. Say less.

🔩 THE BUILD:
▪ System 3 XTR370w in 32x12-15, wrapped on 10” wide SB-4 beadlocks
▪️ SuperATV 2” rear offset arms to open up that mid-to-rear tire spacing
▪️ Rough Country coilovers front & rear, 2” of lift and more load capacity for the gear
▪️ A2D custom clutch calibration to make those 32s spin like they’re stock
▪️ Alignment, full fluid service, and a complete ready check

No Limit has been building UTV bumpers in Blue Springs, Missouri since 1998 — laser-cut 12-gauge American steel, hand-finished and powder coated. Made in the USA, not imported and rebadged.

Can-Am Defender HD11 Rear Winch Bumper with LED Lights — $795

• Hidden winch mount plate, secure and out of sight
• Relocates your factory rear camera into the bumper — included
• Full dump bed clearance with tires up to 33"
• Frame-mounted 1/4" steel tow hooks
• Steel bed hinges included with every bumper

We run this exact bumper on our own shop HD11 Limited, with a SuperATV 6,000 lb Black Ops winch tucked behind it. We put it on our own machine before we sold a single one, and we would not change a thing. A rear winch means you can pull yourself out backwards instead of trying to turn around on a bad trail.

Also carrying:

• Front winch bumpers, hidden winch plate and 3" flush-mount LED pods — $795
• Standard front and rear bumpers, Defender and Ranger Gen 2 — $425 to $569
• HD11 MAX rock sliders and side steps — $925

All bolt-on to factory mounting points. No drilling, no trimming.

Dixon’s 2026 Can-Am Defender HD11 hauls heavy, deep in the mountains, and it was showing it. Sagging under load, running out of clearance, beating him up on the way in. 🏔️

We fixed the suspension first with a set Zbroz Racing X1 coil-over clicker shocks at all four corners. Real ride quality unloaded, and it holds its height with a full load of meat and gear instead of squatting on the bump stops.

Then we solved the cargo problem with a fully adjustable Open Trail bed rack system to stack gear up and out of the way. Dixon added and configured a soft cover himself, so now everything rides dry and clean.

Loaded, level, and ready for hunting season. 🦌
