Winter kinda feels like it’s here! A weekend done just right. You know it dumped when the chains came out! 35x12 System 3 Offroad tires are such a game changer in the deeper snow. Let’s this 3000+ lbs machine just float around on the top 6-8 inches of the snow and they clear out without needing to be spun. Tons of traction, doesn’t dig down, I would say this is easily the best tire in the snow I’ve ever run.

2026 Polaris XPEDITION ADV 5. Customer wanted it set up to actually go places.

Up front: Thumper FAB big-winch bumper, SuperATV.com 12,000 lb winch, 3” amber cubes mounted into the bumper. Out back: Thumper FAB rear bumper, SuperATV 3,500 lb winch, flush-mounted 3” LEDs. A winch on both ends, because getting unstuck sometimes means pulling the other direction.
Lighting finished off with SuperATV dual-section LED mirrors — turn signals and step lighting built in — and a 40” SuperATV dual-row bar up top.
Clutching dialed in to match the 32” System 3 Offroad XT400s.

Tristan’s Xpedition came in already set up for overlanding. It was missing two things: traction and clutching. We handled both. 💪

🛞 Traction
33x12R-15 System 3 XTR370W wide-profile tires on 15” System 3 SB-8 beadlocks. A slight spring adjustment and they fully clear with zero rubbing.

⚙️ Power to the Ground
Stage 2 clutch kit with our custom calibration, so those bigger tires get the power they need.

These machines are so good. 50 miles deep in the Alaska mountains, no problem leading RZR’s through it all and doing 50-60MPH on the road in and out.

This 2021 Polaris RZR Turbo S came in needing clutching help after going to 33” System3 ATX 470 tires, and the owner wanted more power and speed.
