This job was completed on monday. Man it was hot out thabk god for the tree. Took 4 1/2 to wash this roof and the sides of the unit. Took 2 1/2 hours to coat the roof. The customer was very happy with the results.

Ps: if you need your unit washed my helper is starting his own washing business Kyle A. Walker hit him up if you need a wash.

Pss: wash your unit at least every 3 months to keep that sealant in good condition and to catch any leaks early.

Took a while to get this cleaned up. But had to take my time and get that good bond on the roof coating. This roof coating came out very well.the coating when it's cured is super smooth water doesn't stay on it long and it is really reflective almost cool to the touch even in open sun. This heat had it drying on me so fast and it wasn't friendly to us at all. All the gunk that came off the roof i had to wash the unit entirely.

Here is a done job. Customer had floor rot in his kitchen. Replaced his water heater with an on demand water heater.

I had this customer reach out and say hey I've contacted 6 other companies/ guys they all said they would come look at this project amd never showed up. I whent out the next day fixed his ac on spot no biggie. Then turned to the reason he called he had water damage to the whole back cap. This was a quick project thanks to Douglas Broomfield who came down and towed it to my house and helped work on it with me. Plus I had a chance to hang out with a friend which isal a win win situation. I also I formed the customer im not a paint and body guy by any means. But the end product will speak for itself.

This job was a job i looked at over a year ago. Customer had a tree fall on his unit and take out the roof. I gave him time to get his funds together and got the job done. He wanted it ready to sell i did just that. Once everything was repaired I checked everything and had some small things that needed replacing but got the job done. Now this was no easy tak in the heat. Lots of water. Racheal Bergman did and excellent job cleaning the interior of this unit too big thanks to her.

This job was alot of work. But with the help of my neighbor a friend and my beautiful wife it got done. Thank you Steve Weatherford Gipi Brambila and Kyle A. Walker. They helped get that heavy floor in. Customers were really happy with the end product and the transparency throughout the whole thing. Well to start this it had a bad motor and gear that sheared. Replaced the plastic gear with a metal one inside the motor and the guide gear as well.It also had several leaks lots of rot and screw holes in the slide floor due to a poor flooring installation. Got them back up and to a good place to start there renovation. Mary Mathis and her family i hope you continue to enjoy the unit.
