Guess what? A super rare event has happened. We have an open RV site available. It has been a long while. It can handle a 30 or 50 amp RV. Lot A-2 at 3010 CR 197 Alvin TX 77511. Long-term stay only, 26 weeks or more. Every other site in the park has had the same tenants for 1 to 10+ years. The park is on Chocolate bayou and fishing is allowed. Seeking long-term tenants willing and wanting to stay for years which is typical in my small country park. Fishing hole on bayou in my park. Common to see deer too. Working ranch all around the park. Since established in the 1960s, Chocolate Springs RV & Mobile Home Park has been known for its unparalleled commitment to providing affordable RV and Mobile Home Sites for long-term stay. In addition our sites are larger and more friendly to family and outdoor living.

Chocolate Springs Park is on Chocolate Bayou, and it offers some of the best fishing around. You will be able to enjoy saltwater and freshwater fishing. You'll have quick access to Chocolate Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Freeport and Galveston are only 35-40 minutes away by boat or vehicle. Our park has bayou and creek frontage, so nice fish can be caught right here on the park grounds. Of course swimming and fishing will be at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty or provided by The Parks.

If you're a construction worker and or a plant worker, our Park is only 10-15 minutes away from the Chemical Plants located off FM 2917 and FM 2004 on chocolate Bayou.
