Please please please CALL US BEFORE you tow your non running MINI in. With all the snow and ice as well as these freezing temperatures, it is impossible for us to push non-running cars into the shop. We need to have it scheduled so that the tow truck driver can place the vehicle directly into our building. Thank you!!!

As we wrap up a record setting year we would like to wish our customers a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and would like to thank each and every one of you for supporting us this year! As many of you know we added a member to the CRG Team this year, and we cannot express how thankful we are for all the wonderful gifts and well wishes. We are so thankful to help support the MINI community, and we will see everyone when we open back up on January 7th!

SHOP WILL BE CLOSED NOVEMBER 19th-22nd as unfortunately our boat sustained quite a bit of damage from the recent storms in FL. We finally have what we need to make repairs so we are making a quick run down south to do so. We will be working the two days the following week before Thanksgiving so don’t afraid to text us for an appointment! 330-907-4465.

Yet another example of why proper service is so important. During our inspection we found that this bottom insulator was not installed properly, and the spring was rubbing on the lower control arm and making some noise……. ON A 2024 MINI with 4k miles on it!!!!!! They don’t build em like they used too unfortunately :/
