Virtual meetings are being scheduled for you to speak directly with the OAAC as they work to Respond to the damage caused by the Opioid Epidemic. Your perspective is wanted on needs in the areas of prevention, treatment, and/or other issues related to substance use. Community members and agencies are invited to discuss information, innovative programs, or potential ideas to address these areas.

This meeting would not be a promise of funding, but an opportunity to be a part of ongoing Recovery efforts as we move toward Rebuilding our community.

For a compliant ID, applicants must provide proof of:

✔️ Date of birth
✔️ Legal presence in the U.S.
✔️ Social Security Number
✔️ Ohio street address, two documents from different sources on the acceptable document list, proving Ohio street address are required for proof of Ohio residency.
✔️ Proof of name change (if applicable)

For a Standard ID, applicants must provide proof of:
