"Call me impressed! Honestly, at first, I was expecting the technician to arrive in a steam cleaning van / truck. Having owned other janitorial companies, I've experienced other 'dry' cleaning methods & I wasn't happy with any of them. I've also seen how customers can have completely unrealistic expectations when it comes to their service(s). That being said, our technician was right on time as scheduled & asked about our expectations and the age of the carpeting. He mentioned that a few spots may 'wick back' over a few days. He was here what I thought was a reasonable time for the work he did & the place smelled great when he left. He got spots, ( Ink & lipstick ), out of the carpeting that I wasn't expecting to come out. As predicted, those spots did wick back, but they are barely noticeable. My expectations were definitely exceeded and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I plan on calling them the next time."
