Turbo manifold Thursday!

We had a crack repaired on Zach's stock placement tubular manifold.

Our fabricator had found the flanges had gotten hot and warped so he resurfaced them as well.

Zach's car is now back together with no exhaust leaks from the manifold!

Teardown/Turbo Tuesday!

We have Franks FL5 TypeR in for some nice upgrades!

Currently here, you will see we have removed the factory turbo setup for the use of a Rampage Fab Garrett G-Series Turbo Kit.

We had Franks turbo modified with an EMW T51r mod, compressor cover powdercoated and turbine housing cerakoted by our friends at Manny's Auto & Powdercoating

We also tossed in a set of 4piston Billet Drop-In Camshafts.

We have a bit more left to do that we will be posting shortly!

Skyline Saturday!

Ben brought us his newly acquired R34 GTT for an overall lookover, health check and fluid change.

We did:
✅ Oil change
✅ Transmission fluid
✅ Rear differential fluid
✅ Compression check
✅ Fixed some wiring at the transmission causing the reverse lights to not work (photos are shown of wiring we found)

Lastly, we installed a Haltech Nexus S3 and did a base tune on it while we wait for our Dyno to arrive.

Teardown Tuesday!

We found some coolant mixing with oil and the cooling system itself to be under quite a bit of pressure with compression gasses making their way into it on Ricky's B18 swapped EK Hatch.

Oil mixtures shown in the oil pan along with the valve cover.

The cylinder head has been pulled and is off to the machine shop for inspection.
