I found a 2025 Mazda CX30 on the McGovern Subaru of Acton website. I called ahead to test drive the car, and when I arrived, Sabrina was eager to help me find the perfect car. After a few minutes of driving the CX30, Sabrina looked at me and excitedly said, “This is the one, isn’t it?!” She could tell instantly that it was the perfect fit car for me. I finalized the deal then and there, got an excellent warrantee through McGovern, and picked the car up a few days later. The whole transaction was so easy and I never felt pressured at any point during the process. Sabrina was so nice, fun, and easy to work with. Chris was great! He gave us all the information that we asked for and made sure I knew what was going on through the whole process of purchasing my car. Unfortunately, we did have some issues electronically having to resign some forms and missed paperwork pieces in the office. But Chris made sure all the pieces were picked up at the end of the day, so everything ran smoothly when the time came to pick up the car. I love my new Subaru Forester. Kimi Kohr
