Look at the people in our industry today.

Once upon a time, you didn’t see many women working in collision repair.

But fast forward to today, and women are now an important and growing part of collision repair. We see women working on vehicles, running workshops, leading businesses, managing teams and developing the skills needed to keep up with an increasingly technical industry.

Women are bringing their skills, knowledge, attention to detail and different perspectives into collision repair. And in doing so, are helping shape the future of our industry.

Women aren’t just joining collision repair. They’re succeeding in it.
