Finished last month was Joseph’s crazy Stage 9 Cammed & Whipple Supercharged Powered Vf2 Ssv Manual Redline Xair Build No 649!

Already Cammed it had some marks in the Valve Tips so we reconditioned the heads and fitted new genuine Ls7 Lifters.

Next up we fitted the massive 2.9 litre Whipple Supercharger Kit along with some Custom Cannon Rear Mufflers!

Also part of stage 9 is the Xair Otr intake which he opted for the Carbon Fibre version with sound enhancer adaptor and matching Radiator Cover Surrounds!

We also added Zl1 Camaro wheels in 20x9” front and huge 20x11” rear with some sticky Michellin Pilot Sport 4s Tyres and Coilover Adjustable Suspension to try and tie this thing to the road!

Here’s the rundown from Zak including the build process plus the dyno sheet where it cranked out a huge 537kw at the hubs (approx 620kw at the Engine) at only 8.5psi boost!

Finished up last month we had Keenan’s super sharp GenF1 Hsv R8 Clubsport running the last of the ls3 engines.

We fitted it up with the Hsv Ls3 Stage 3 Power Upgrade with Xair Carbon Otr Intake, matching surrounds, Twin 3” Cat Back Exhaust with Oval Cannon Rear Mufflers and full custom Dyno tune where it cranked out a nice 310kw at the rear wheels (approx 380kw at the Engine)!

Finished recently was Lindons tough Ve L98 powered SS Xair Build No 586

In the shop for noisey lifter replacement with Ls7 lifters we also fitted up the custom grind Xair L98 specific cam kit including Pac Dual Valve Springs as well as removing the Sump to find the missing pieces of factory timing chain tensioner.

It already had the Xair Otr intake, pacemaker 1.7/8” headers and Walkinshaw Exhaust.

Here’s the rundown from Ryan including the dyno sheet where it cranked out a healthy 336kw at the hubs (approx 410kw at the Engine) on 95 octane Fuel.

Another older Ls1 powered Commodore finished up last month here’s Eden’s tough Vx Calais with HBD (Holden By Design) Body Kit slammed on Simmons!

Way back in 2020 we fitted up the custom grind Xair Ls1 specific cam kit including Pac Dual Valve Springs.

This time around we added the Gloss Black Otr and larger pacemaker 1.7/8” headers with custom decat pipes joining to the twin 3” exhaust!

Back on the Dyno it cranked out an impressive 305kw at the Rear Wheels up 10kw from previously.

Out the door last week was Dennis’s awesome Vf2 Ls3 powered Motorsport done only 12000km!

We fitted up the stage 7 power upgrade complete with custom grind Xair Ls3 specific cam kit including Pac Dual Valve Springs.

Also part of stage 7 is the Xair Otr intake with sound enhancer adaptor which was upgraded to the Carbon Fibre version with matching Surrounds plus pacemaker 1.7/8” headers cermokrome coated with high flow cats and twin 3” exhaust complete with Xair Custom Cannon rear mufflers.

Out the door last month was Brett’s awesome Manual Vf2 Ls3 powered Ssv redline.

We did Stage 5 way back in 2017 and this time we added our custom grind Xair Ls3 specific cam kit including Pac Dual Valve Springs plus Ls7 lifters to futureproof it for the planned Whipple supercharger later in the year!

Here we have Lances Vf Ssv Cammed Wagon Xair Build No 629

This is the L77 6.0 with Active Fuel Management, which cuts 4 cylinders when cruising on light throttle.

For this reason the exhausts are very quiet out of the factory as there’s a real change in sound from the engine when it’s running on 4 cylinders!

This wasn’t the sound they were after so to wake it up we added a full stage 6 system consisting of street cam, Afm delete with new ls7 lifters, Xair Otr intake, 1.7/8” primary stainless headers with 3” outlets into high flow cats and twin 3” stainless Exhaust.

We also added the Xair Tracksport Twin Nostril / Twin Exit Vent Bonnet to complete the look!

On the Dyno it made a very nice 340kw at the rear wheels (approx 415kw at Engine!)

Picked up last week was Steve and Mereana’s tough Vf2 Ls3 powered Ssv redline.

Lowered on the factory wheels we fitted up the stage 6 power upgrade complete with custom grind Xair Ls3 specific cam kit including Pac Dual Valve Springs including a head recondition and new ls7 lifters due to marks in the valve tips, lifters and camshaft.

Also part of stage 6 is the Xair Otr intake which they opted for the Gloss Black upgrade with sound enhancer adaptor , surrounds plus 1.7/8” headers with high flow cats with Xair Custom Cannon rear mufflers added to the existing x force 2.1/2” Exhaust!

Here’s the rundown from Ryan including the dyno sheet where it cranked out a healthy 355kw at the hubs (approx 435kw at the Engine).on 95 Fuel!

Here we have Steve and Cherie’s absolutely mint rare collectable 2013 Hsv E3 R8 25th Anniversary Edition with only 20000 original Km on the LS3 Engine!

They wanted some real V8 sound from the R8 so we added our Stage 4 power upgrade consisting of Xair Otr intake with matching surrounds, 1.7/8” Ss headers with high flow cats into twin 3” ss exhaust and custom Dyno tune!

It cranked out an impressive 317kw at the hubs on the Dyno (approx 385kw at the Engine), not bad for just bolt on parts from the factory 325kw Engine plus improved economy over the rich factory tune!
