A Warrant of Fitness inspection shouldn't feel like a mystery. It's a practical safety check covering tyres, brakes, lights, steering, suspension, seatbelts, windscreen and structure — basically, the things that keep you and everyone else on the road safe.
A few things worth knowing: a WOF is not a full service. Your car can pass its WOF and still be due for an oil change or have a battery on its way out. They're two different things. Also, a failed WOF doesn't automatically mean a massive repair bill. Sometimes it's a blown bulb or a worn wiper blade.
Book before your expiry date, not on it. That way, if something needs attention, you've got time to sort it without the pressure of an expired WOF hanging over you.
We're happy to walk you through any findings in plain language. No jargon, no pressure.
