Important Kirwee Post Update!
After many emails & phone discussions to NZ post they aren’t Changing their minds so here’s some important points I can confirm that Nz Post have told me - I hope this helps you all……

📫 you can’t redirect from your post box so any mail the will come after the 5th October will be returned to sender

📪 the new post code 7530 is not live until after the 20th of September so you can’t update address until after this date

📬 if you do Want to pay for a box you can approach Darfield post & pay a yearly fee but you will still need to change your box number, put Darfield & a new postcode

📦 we are more than happy to accept any parcels here on your behalf but you will need to update to our address

✉️ we will still sell stamps & you will be able to post letters - that won’t change

🎁 sending courier parcels/postage anywhere in NZ we will have full retail products still available- this won’t change

😡 any complaints please direct to

✂️ the cut off for your post box mail delivery is still last day delivery 3rd October there is no carry over apparently

🚚 Darfield Scouts have got letter boxes available to order check out details on the community page

Please be assured I have tried to raise all the concerns I know of & try make the transition for you all as easy as possible but NZ Post are not interested they have made the decision it’s cut & dry!! Very unfair & I understand your frustration I am just as frustrated 😵‍💫

Important Kirwee Post Update!
Every box holder will be receiving a letter from NZ Post today - See below
While some of you will be happy with this change others won’t be…Please note this is not what we at Kirwee Post wanted! After many meetings with NZ Post we were told this is what was happening so It is totally out of our control! We will do our best to help you with the transition!
Read through the letter if you have any questions please contact Vanessa directly 0273263083.
This takes effect 5th October.

If you need a hand getting a mail box & erecting it at your property

If you currently get parcels sent to our address 2500 West Coast Road Kirwee you are more than welcome to still do this but you will need to change the post code to 7530
