Who is the next legend...
We have gone over 8 years without advertising for a vacancy but we currently have 2 spots open.
We are on the look out for a very good mechanic, this person needs to be able to do a bit of everything pretty well, be a fast learner and a problem solver. We have a huge range of brands, and types of vehicles through the doors and we need someone prepared to do all the jobs from tyres with a WOF and service to a cambelt or clutch job right through to diagnosis and some electrical work.
We work as a team where plenty of help and second opinions are always available. This is a position for a reasonably experienced mechanic who wants to stretch their legs on a range of work. WOF checks and repairs right through to difficult head scratchers. You will be doing a bit of phone work, client interaction and Honda technical training. We are happy to put the right person through their WOF AVI.

The other spot we have available is (and only because Brooke is heading to the USA for an awesome opportunity) someone who is maybe somewhat experienced in the trade or has grown up around motorsport. You don't need to be qualified but maybe you have started an apprenticeship somewhere and it's not a great fit or super repetitive.
We need someone mechanically minded who is able to service and change the brake pads on a car totally unsupervised after being shown how we do it a couple of times. We can teach the rest. You also need to be prepared to wash cars, drop people off and be chatty and polite, do some call out work like jump starts and lock outs but also be super helpful around the workshop. This position has potential to lead to an apprenticeship if you aren't already in the middle of one. You will learn a lot! We are a team that works together and supports each other so we need someone with the right attitude and energy for this long term role with potential.
