After several awesome years helping us through a period of huge growth, our wonderful Chanell is moving on. So... we’re looking for someone new to fill some big shoes at our front desk.
We need a Customer Service & Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of Road Runner Panel & Paint.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, insurers, assessors and suppliers, keep everyone in the loop, and make sure what we promise actually happens. Some of our customers will be having a pretty stressful day, so you’ll need to be someone who puts people at ease.
You’ll also need solid office admin skills. You pick up new systems quickly, write a clear email, can sort out the odd IT hiccup, and get on with things without needing your hand held.
Accounts experience is handy, but not essential. If you’ve got strengths elsewhere, like service advisor or parts experience, H&S or Lean, we’ll put those skills to use, swap tasks around the team, and shape the role around you.
Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 4pm, at 54 Bay Road, Grasmere.
