Midnight Motors COVID19 Update
We hope that all of our customers have stayed safe during this time. Now that we have entered level 3 we will be resuming business as usual (mostly).
Due to the new restrictions around physical distancing and customer contact we have had to introduce new policies so that we can continue to be open to help you. During this time entrance to the workshop will be restricted, this means no public access into the building without following strict protocol. Any bookings, vehicle drop-offs, payment and pick-up will be contactless only.
The following is some of the steps we are undertaking to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and our employees.
- All contact surfaces within the vehicles will be disinfected before and after any work is carried out.
- All payments and bookings will be contactless, we strongly suggest customers call to make a booking to ensure as few people are on site as possible. We have paywave on-site to ensure this is possible.
If you or anyone you are living with are sick or showing any symptoms please do not visit our workshop until you have met the recovery guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Staff will be observing any PPE requirements and distancing etiquette specified by MOH.
