Today we’ve just listed four very different collectible cars, covering a pretty wide spectrum of motoring history:

🔴 1984 Mitsubishi Mirage – NZ New, incredibly original, Super Shift transmission and just two owners from new, with the last owner having it since 1985.

🔵 2004 HSV Clubsport R8 – 6.0L V8, 6-speed manual and only 24,000km. A very special example with Peter Brock history and supporting Certificate of Authenticity.

🔴 1973 Mitsubishi Galant GTO 2000 GS – NZ New, 2.0L and a seriously cool piece of early Japanese motoring history. Beautifully original and increasingly hard to find.

⚪ 1992 Toyota MR2 G-Limited T-Top – 2.0L, 5-speed manual and one of the great Japanese sports cars of the 1990s. A proper analogue mid-engined classic.

From early Japanese classics to 80s survivors, 90s sports cars and Australian V8 muscle — we love them all.

🏁 The Nelson Honda Charity Auction wrapped up last night… and what a result!

Some fantastic prices were achieved across the board, with every vehicle selling under either a no reserve or reserve met auction. It’s another reminder that the market for genuine, original classic Hondas and JDM icons remains incredibly strong.

From early Civics and Accords through to the standout 2000 Civic Type R at $30,100, there was plenty of interest and some very healthy bidding. Better still, every dollar raised is going to charity – a fantastic outcome all round. 👏
