Nissan Maxima front crossmember rust, cut out the old crossmember and welded in a new one.

Failed for Warrant of Fitness, looked like a small bit of rust around the bottom door hinge, once parts were removed,as you can see by the images there was more than I expected, clean up and cut rust out and weld in a new fabricated piece of steel and finish off with filler, prime exposed parts, inner guard area painted black.
Refit door and guard and lower black sill covering.

I had a Nissan safari come to me to rectify someone else's mess,
The person had made a nice patch but did not weld it properly, causing more rust than it previously had. I removed it and cleaned the inner frame as best as I could, treating with brunox and painting before spotwelding and mig welding new steel patches in place.
