Here's how to do it the right way 👇
✅ Be respectful and brief
Thank the recruiter or hiring manager for the opportunity. A short message such as "I appreciate the chance to interview and would value any feedback on how I could improve for future roles" works well.
🔧 Ask practical questions
For example:
"Was there a skill or qualification that would have made my application stronger?"
"Is there something I could focus on to prepare for similar warehouse roles?"
🕐 Follow up at the right time
Wait a few days after you've been informed of the decision, most hiring teams are happy to share advice once the process is complete.
