WE'VE BEEN BUSY!!!

We've had quite the start to our week here at BBE!

Monday morning saw Jack O'Callaghan, Jim Hynes and Susan Davis hit the road in order to collect blood samples from private homes which were all then delivered to Crumlin Hospital.

That evening, Simon Cullen and Joe Leavy were on duty for our city shift. The men completed 7 calls throughout the evening. Simon didn't complete his last call until 4:30AM the next morning!

Meanwhile, John Farrell linked up with our colleagues in Blood Bike South and Blood Bike West in order to deliver 4 samples to the National Virus Lab and one sample to Temple St.

Tuesday was busier again with Dave Goodman and Frank O Kennedy completing 11 city calls. Frank also made his way out to Manorstone where he linked up with BBS. Frank then safely delivered samples to the National Virus Lab and Temple St.

Wednesday was no quieter for our volunteers with Johnny Miller and Dave Goodman (2nd shift in a row) completing 7 city calls!

Finally, John Nugent met with BBS and B*W in order to ensure the safe delivery of Documents and a Disk to Beaumont Hospital, samples to the National Virus Lab and disks to Temple St and Tallaght Hospital.

Of course, none of this would be possible without our controller, Una Kelly who coordinated every call.
