There were some tricky conditions to contend with last weekend but Cal McCarthy & Brian Duggan put their best foot forward choosing the Pirelli RWD for the opening 6 stages to setup the groundwork for a fantastic 2nd place overall result.

Stonethrowers rally delivered another event of challenging conditions. 4wd crews benefited from the Pirelli RW tyre for the opening two loops before switching to the RA7+D for the final loop.

The 2WD winner Padraig Egan used the Pirelli W7 for the first two loops before switching to the D7 (soft) tyre with cuts for the final loop.

Kumho’s R800 has made a great impact on this year’s championship. The quality of the gravel tyre across FWD, RWD & 4WD has once again been proven event after event.

Congrats to Christy & Ann on securing the championship win in Class 11F.

Final gravel event of the season & we finished as we started with great success not only in the overall but also through the classes.
