Fiesta Competition Terms and Conditions:
Competition runs from Thursday 19th October 2023 to Thursday 26th October 2023. Entry method by commenting on the relevant Facebook post. 1 entry per person is permitted. There is no charge for such entries. Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. Entrants will be entered into a draw with one winner being drawn randomly. No purchase necessary. The winner will be selected on Friday 27th October 2023. Prize is an overnight stay for two at Les Douvres Hotel with breakfast and £50 allowance towards an evening meal. No cash or other alternative available. Prize is non-transferrable. Winner will be notified by means of social media post on entered social network. Winner must respond within 14 working days to claim prize and the prize will need to be collected at Bulwer Avenue within 14 days. The Competition is open to residents of the Channel Islands and the UK comprising of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. TrustFord reserves the right to ask competition winners for proof of residency. TrustFord reserves the right to select an alternative winner. TrustFord (or any third party nominated by TrustFord) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner's (and (if applicable) their companion's) name, address, and image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid. TrustFord may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
