We are proud to be based in the UK - we support UK manufacturing, local business, and employ local staff. While most of our staff work at our factory or within 10 miles of the factory, we have had some employees so keen to stay with us that they work from South Wales, visiting a couple of times a month to bring back their batch of seat covers, and collect more work.
Our tailored, waterproof vehicle seat covers are designed by our tailor who visits the vehicles personally (wherever in the country they are!) to measure up and ensure they get a pattern that perfectly fits the vehicle. If necessary they will make a return trip to neaten out the quirks that appear when they are working on a pattern.
Once they get the pattern perfected (a process that can take several hours to a couple of days depending on the complexitity of the seats they are working on) it gets sent to our team of cutters who optimise the pattern on our cutting tables to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal wastage of cloth.
The cutters then pass the cut product to the machinists who each take responsibility for that batch of work and complete it from start to finish. Once they are bagged, quality controlled, they are put on the shelf and ready for dispatch.
Because we are solely based in the UK we can respond fast to large orders. We aren't waiting for stock to arrive from overseas - if you want it, we will do our very best to put you in our manufacturing queue and get it to you.
Our work force are loyal and hard working - and we don't run a sweat shop - we pay all of our staff above minimum wage. Our employee retention is high which means they are skilled at what they do, so you can ensure that your covers are manufactured to the highest quality.
Mistakes happen! We own them! If you have a problem (it's unlikely you will, but.... mistakes still do happen) then we are here to fix them! You're not happy with your covers? You have 3 months to return them, even if you've used them. Manufacturing fault developed 2 years and 11 months later? Let us know, we'll get that sorted for you!
