This little pocket rocket came in for annual maintenance and a vehicle health check.
Giving the customer all of the information (photo documented) on an electronic document, for him to make a fully educated decision about where to prioritise repairs on the wee Italian Stallion.

As for the oil filter...... that was a ball of fun to change! And I do wonder how many shops would extract the trapped cup of old oil in the oil filter housing prior to installing the new filter element. Skipping this step contaminated the new oil immediately upon start up.a bit of care goes a long way

We’re looking for a fully qualified, advanced Vehicle Technician to join our expanding team in our family ran independent Garage

You’ll be working across multiple vehicle brands, including light commercial vehicles, so we’re looking for someone confident, capable and technically minded.

What we’re looking for:

Fully qualified technician **with proof of accreditation**
Confident carrying out **clutch replacements**
Experienced with **timing belt replacements, including wet belts**
Strong diagnostic skills and a willingness to tackle challenging technical work
A genuine desire to keep developing your skills and knowledge

🎉 10 Years at DNA Automotive Solutions! 🎉

July was a very special milestone as we celebrated Cameron’s 10 years with DNA Automotive Solutions.

Cameron (aka Nugget) first joined us as a young apprentice, taking his first steps into the automotive industry with plenty to learn and a whole career ahead of him. Fast forward 10 years, and it’s incredible to look back and see just how much he has grown — not only into a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional, but into the man he is today.

Over those 10 years, Cameron has worked hard, faced challenges, learned from those around him and continually developed himself. We’ve had the privilege of watching his confidence grow, his skills develop and his character shine through.

There’s something particularly rewarding about seeing someone start their career as a young apprentice and, a decade later, seeing the accomplished, dependable and respected professional they have become. Cameron has truly earned everything he has achieved.

We’re incredibly proud of the journey he has taken and hugely grateful for the commitment, hard work and contribution he has made to DNA Automotive Solutions over the last 10 years.

📍 DNA Automotive Solutions – Worcester

DNA Automotive Solutions are looking for a reliable and professional Front of House Service Advisor to join our growing team in our busy family-run workshop.

This is a customer-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and confident dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.

🕒 Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
✅ No weekends

🔧 The Role Includes:
• Greeting customers and managing front desk enquiries
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, mot tests, repairs & diagnostics
• Keeping customers updated throughout the day
• Liaising with workshop technicians
• Answering calls and handling customer queries
• Preparing invoices and paperwork
• Delivering excellent customer service

👤 What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Automotive experience preferred (but not essential)
• Good telephone manner
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a busy environment and to be able to deal with difficult conversations with customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

💼 What We Offer:
💰 £30,000 – £35,000 starting salary (depending on experience)
