📍 DNA Automotive Solutions – Worcester
DNA Automotive Solutions are looking for a reliable and professional Front of House Service Advisor to join our growing team in our busy family-run workshop.
This is a customer-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and confident dealing with customers both in person and over the phone.
🕒 Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
✅ No weekends
🔧 The Role Includes:
• Greeting customers and managing front desk enquiries
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, mot tests, repairs & diagnostics
• Keeping customers updated throughout the day
• Liaising with workshop technicians
• Answering calls and handling customer queries
• Preparing invoices and paperwork
• Delivering excellent customer service
👤 What We’re Looking For:
• Previous customer-facing experience
• Automotive experience preferred (but not essential)
• Good telephone manner
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a busy environment and to be able to deal with difficult conversations with customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
💼 What We Offer:
💰 £30,000 – £35,000 starting salary (depending on experience)
