We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team at VTS Warwick. 🙌

This is a varied role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping things organised in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
📞 Speaking with customers and suppliers (phone, email & in person)
💻 General admin – emails, diary management, paperwork
🧾 Invoicing, taking payments & keeping records updated
🧰 Pricing jobs, ordering parts & providing quotes
📅 Booking jobs & updating systems
📱 Managing social media & enquiries
🤝 Supporting the team day-to-day

It's 8.30pm and these guys have been working hard to help us get our new ramps powered up ready for work this week!

We couldn't be any more grateful to Jake and Isaac from Magna Electrical for stepping in last minute outside their usual hours to help! They are already busy yet went above and beyond to help us out when it was discovered our fuse board wasn't up to the job 🙈
