🚗 A little insight into how vehicle repair and paintwork is priced...

One thing we've learned running a small family business is that many people only see the finished paintwork, not everything that goes into getting there.

A repair or respray isn't just a tin of paint and a few hours of work. Before any colour goes on a vehicle there's often hours of preparation, sanding, masking, cleaning, repairs, material costs and equipment setup.

Then there are the things that keep the business moving behind the scenes:
🔧 Maintaining tools and equipment
🚚 Running and maintaining our mobile workshop, trailer and vehicles
⛽ Fuel and travel costs
🎨 Paint, clear coat, panel wipe, abrasives and consumables
📋 Administration, quoting, ordering materials and customer support

we work hard to keep our prices fair while still delivering the quality our customers expect. Like any business, we need to cover our costs, invest back into our equipment and earn a living from the work we do.

Sometimes a quote may seem higher than expected, but much of what you're paying for is the time, experience, preparation and equipment required to do the job properly.

Just a little update from us...

As it's Jessie's birthday weekend, we'll be taking a little time away from work to celebrate and enjoy a well-deserved couple of days off together. 🥳🎂💐

Running a small business is something we absolutely love, but it's also important to take time to make memories, recharge, and celebrate life's special moments with family and friends.
