Goodwood Festival of Speed is the greatest motorsport event on Earth, period. Anyone who wants to prove me wrong, go and experience it for yourself.

This was my 9th year attending, and it never disappoints. Every year brings something new, something exciting, new people to meet and new legends to admire.

This year was especially memorable because I had the chance to meet people who have inspired me to keep pushing and growing. They’ve been part of the scene for as long as I can remember and have given all of us so many unforgettable memories. I’m truly grateful I got to meet them—it was an honour.

Most years I leave Goodwood with a bit of melancholy, thinking back to the days when I used to race and be part of motorsport events—my biggest passion in life. This year was different. I left feeling motivated, hungry, and ready to push even harder. One day I’ll get back to racing, and I won’t let self-doubt dictate my goals or my future.

Be ready… Promod Works is about to step up another level. We’ve got some exciting things cooking in the kitchen of petrol addiction.

It’s hot in the UK today… so of course we had to match it with something just as hot.

This stunning Corvette C8 came in for a brake caliper colour change, but that’s not the only thing happening.

We’re also starting an exciting R&D project with a major international exhaust manufacturer to develop an exhaust system for the European version of the C8 Corvette — because right now, proper options for the EU market are seriously limited.

Lamborghini Huracán Performante in at Promod Works for some very delicate door adjustment work.

This one had vertical doors fitted previously, but the alignment wasn’t right, so we had to step in and perform a slightly stressful bit of surgery to get everything sitting and working properly.

The extra pressure? Keeping that stunning satin Profilm PPF, installed by Shark Car Design, completely safe while we worked around it.

This one came in for suspension repairs, and instead of going straight for the most expensive route, we sourced quality aftermarket parts listed for the Audi R8 that also fit the Huracán platform.

Purple G80 M3 Competition back in at Promod Works.

We previously fitted this one with a titanium exhaust, and this time it came back to have the OPF delete cables removed after the car was remapped and the issues were sorted with a software update.

Looking as hot as the weather and sounding exactly how an M car should.

Mitsubishi Evo 8 FQ-320 in at Promod Works — number 144 out of only 150 made for the UK.

A seriously special car and easily one of our favourite JDM four-door “family cars”.

This one came in for a vortex generator, brake pipe replacement and fender rolling. The old vortex generator had been stuck down with something that definitely didn’t want to come off, so Michael basically transformed into Scorpion to get it cleaned up properly without damaging the paint.

We refitted it the right way using proper 3M tape — strong enough to hold, clean enough to remove properly in the future, and no mess left behind.

Japanese legends don’t come through every day… so when they do, we make time.

This Honda S2000 came in for urgent body repairs on short notice, and we managed to get it sorted and back looking right.

Had to grab a photo next to another icon in the garage — our S14A Kouki.
