CUSTOM TRACTOR TUNING

At CDT Tuning we specialise in tractor tuning . Our goals are performance , reliability and efficiency . We cover all of scotland with our mobile service as well as our dealer network which covers the uk and worldwide .
Our files are tested by our dealers many of who have PTO dynos alowing us to test and fine tune our calibrations on all makes of tractors.

Many people claim to tune tractors , few do it properly . We use specialist manufacturer damos files and mappacks to carefully tune various maps for optimal results. We have seen many files which basically have 20% added to torque limiters in the hope the customer feels a difference . Be careful who tunes your pride and joy and if in doubt ask them what changes they are going to make and what the outcome of those changes will be .

JCB ENGINE TIER 5 BOATLIFT 2022

Customer was having repeated dpf issues with this due to the fact it wasnt under constant load for self cleaning . No problem for us . DPF chucked in bin , ecm and acm modified with our custom made file . Soot at 0 forever , Adblue gauge set to full . Egr closed and machine can be used without worrying about breakdowns and costly bills 🔥🔥

FENDT TRACTOR 2019 MAN ENGINE

Another call out for SCR faults , we are starting to see a lot of these MAN engined fendts causing aftertreatment issues , diagnostics done on site , ecu file read and modified by us in house . Flashed , tested and ready for a busy period with no downtime 🔥🔥

CAT D6 DOZER 2023

Cat dozer in derate with SCR faults , adem 6 ecu , Attended by one of our mobile vans in Aberdeen . The adem 6 ecu is tuning protected so we patched ecu on site with dimsport tool to unlock . Ecu was then modified the safest way with Cat et by us in house . Fully tested and back to work 🔥🔥

Hyundai Forklift 2020 Cummins

Hyundai forklift getting ready for a long term hire . We made a full SCR DOC EGR solution for this one on site , no DPF on this version so all done via software . Dosing off , Egr commanded closed and switched off completely . No unplugs necessary but any aftertreatment components can be disconnected.✅️

Hyundai Hx140 cummins

We attended this little cummins excavator in full derate for a regular customer with Adblue issues , Swiftly sorted with our own software , no more SCR refresh or EGR issues , no dpf on this model so quick easy job sorted on site 🔥🔥

DOOSAN DX160 2016

Perkins engined doosan with the usual scr system efficiency faults which were still present despite the customer trying a few fixes himself 🛠🪛
Attended by one of our mobile vans and sorted in 20 mins , flashed by perkins est with a tested fls file job done ✅️✅️

Cat313f 2020 Adem 6

Cat 313f with full emissions derate . A6E11 ecu flashed by us remotely with cat et for our customer . Adblue gauge full. Soot to 0 and no derate , adblue pump unplugged due to it being damaged and back to work 🔥🔥
