Huge job for a repeat fleet client of ours.
The van was recovered into us by our partner service, Diagnosed as a snapped timing belt causing engine failure due to oil deterioration.
We do a full timing belt kit as standard on ford engines. including covers and sump, water pump, tensioners, aux belts, full service, new crank bolt, new oil pickup and strainer.
The full Wetbelt replacement on any 2.0 Ford engines is £1300.

In this case the client needed new valves so the head was removed skimmed and reseated plus any damged valves replaced, fitted with all new gaskets and head bolts, the engine was timed up, new turbo to replace the oil starved one, injectors tested as well as a whole host of new fixings and fittings.

The van is now ready to get back on the road and is driving with great power.
Now its just time to fit the new front end.
