BMW M2 OG N55 with us for our valve stem seal replacement service 🔧

With near on 105k miles this M2 was suffering from excessive oil consumption & smoking from the exhaust when left idling.

24 valve stem seals replaced with all the correct tooling start to finish, all associated gaskets, seals, bolts etc replaced where required.

This is a service we have mastered, carrying it out many times on the S55 N55 B58 platforms just this year alone.

High mile BMW F82 M4 with us for a refresh 🔧

▫️Valve cover & gaskets

▫️Rear subframe TU bolts
▫️Rear differential oil

Coming up to 120k miles, this M4 has been very well maintained, with the exposed engine proving that regular oil servicing will keep these S55 engines in tip top condition 🤌🏼

Rear differential seal & bush overhaul due to an output shaft seal leaking, the owner decided to play it safe & replace all 3 seals & bushing/mounts. Otherwise a very well maintained & all round tidy car for the mileage, impressive.

All works carried out to BMW ISTA workshop manual specifications for a fully guaranteed repair start to finish 🤝

BMW F82 M4 Competition DME unlock 🔓

Being the a later OPF model build the DME required a bench unlock to access OBD port DME flashes 📈

Carried out using AutoTuner with the correct bench lead for the MEDV.17 Bosch DME 🔌

Whilst with us the owner also opted for the BMW TU rear subframe bolts 🔩

This will be back with us soon for a Stage 3 build 🚀

M140i we had in recently for a service back with us to rectify the faults we found ‼️

Rear main differential bush torn to shreds as are 90% of stock bushes in the M140i’s we now see, rear prop shaft coupling split & lastly the front control arm reaction bushes worn/perished, again another highly common failure point on these cars.

Rear differential bush replaced with Powerflex Suspension Bushes complete bush, prop shaft coupling replaced with a genuine bmw unit, along with metal handbrake bracket, lastly reaction arm bushes replaced with Millway Motorsport street uni ball bushes, perfect upgrades!
