103k miles on this N55 but regular oil changes have kept the engine super clean looking like a low mileage engine! Despite this, 103k miles of heat cycles had cooked the valve stem seals regardless.

This is a service we’re carrying out more & more of recent on S55, N55 & B58 engines, we have all the tooling for every step of disassembling/reassembly & knowledge to carry out this repair to perfect standard every time 🀝🏼

Genuine BMW parts used throughout, new gaskets, seals, bolts where required. Each crank journal plasti-gauged to check bearing clearances are within manufacturers specification.

Rod bearing overview form showing old bearings in good condition for the mileage, with a few minor marks but most importantly the crank shaft journals were all in perfect condition.
