Learner drivers, please be careful with unofficial driving test booking apps and social media “test slot” pages.

Driving tests are hard to find at the moment, and unfortunately some people are using that pressure to target learners.

Be very cautious of anyone online who asks for:
•your driving licence number
•your theory test pass certificate number
•your booking reference
•your address, email, phone number or payment details

Once someone has that information, they may be able to change or cancel your test without your permission.

Cancellation apps and websites can also use bots to repeatedly access the booking system, which breaks the booking terms and conditions. If that activity is linked to your licence, DVSA may cancel your booking or restrict your online access.

The safest way to search for, change or move your driving test is through the official DVSA website.

I completely understand how frustrating the waiting times are, but please don’t risk losing your test, your money, or your personal details because someone on Facebook or WhatsApp says they can “help”.

Stay safe, and if you’re unsure, ask your instructor before sharing anything.

A massive congratulations to Helena, who passed her driving test today in her own car!

This is such a well deserved result. I’ve really enjoyed seeing her confidence grow every week, and I’m genuinely proud of what she has accomplished.

Getting test-ready in your own car takes a lot of independence and commitment, and Helena should be really pleased with herself.

A really well deserved result after all the effort she has put in. It has been great watching her confidence grow and seeing everything come together for test day.

This was one of two passes at the same time today, which made it an especially proud day as a driving instructor.
