OSR inner arch, you can see the corrosion hidden beneath the layers in the photos - this is why it’s crucial to do it properly.

Along with this the outer sill needed some attention also, all done and back to an OEM standard 😎

NSF inner arch/wheel well this time, fortunately the whole panel didn’t need to be replaced just the top

The wheel well was stripped to bare metal for good measure, 2k epoxy primed, seam sealed and then stonechip undersealed. Fresh 🌬️

Following on from the OSF inner arch repair, the wheel well needed attention also. Whilst we were there we stripped the wheel well back to bare metal, epoxy primed, seam sealed and undersealed 😎

Lots of work carried out on this VTR, It arrived running and driving but we needed to strip out the engine bay to get to the rust issues

Starting on the OSF inner wing here, Originally we were going to just repair the top of the inner wing but after discovering the side was rotten we decided it was better to completely swap out the inner wing for a donor wing panel. This was unpicked from a front end cut off of another Saxo that we had in stock😁

OSR inner arch on StjarnaGloss track M3, a notorious corrosion trap on this chassis. We managed to repair without interfering with the outer arch here but did some investigating just incase!

Currently at Reece Parr to finish it off😎

The Raider is still very much on going but there is a light at the end of the tunnel..

Here’s the OS inner & outer sill being cut out and new ones welded in along with the rear subframe mount. Lots & lots of previous welding carried out.. 🫣
