Now time for the outer sill, you actually can’t purchase coupe sills so you need to adapt a touring/saloon sill (they’re longer) so thats what we did🤠

Epoxy primed, seam sealed, stonechip undersealed and cavity waxed 🤌🏻

BMW E36 328 🇩🇪

Following on from the OSR jacking point, he’s the OSF jacking point. The corrosion here had reached beyond the jacking point and into the floor and inner wall. Both side structures were pretty damaged as well so they were taken off and repaired

Access is key for situations like this, there was virtually nothing left of anything by the time we’d got to the last bit of rust🫣

Everything built back up and protected, have you ever seen an inner sill look so neat?!

Seat Arosa SDI 🇪🇸 🇩🇪

Sam came to us to get some clearance issues sorted, he wanted to lower his suspension some more to get the desired ride height but the arches put a stop to it

We see a lot of people just cut straight through the rear arches with no second thought for the inner arch, the trouble with doing that is you sabotage the seal between the two layers which encourages corrosion

What we’ve done here is cut the inner arch out first and then the outer, as you can see that leaves a nice lip to seal over and into. This way is more difficult but is necessary for the longevity of the arches

With front arches you can just cut straight through as it’s a single skin, no inner arch to think about 😁 We do dab epoxy primer onto the exposed cut lines to prevent rust forming however

Whilst the car was with us we investigated the NSF wing because of some bubbling which formed into rust holes. No issue😎

MK1 Ford Fiesta XR2 🇺🇸

Have you ever seen a sill inside a sill? now you have🫣
Here’s the OS full inner sill reconstruction, the inner sill repair panel is folded in a way to lap weld into the floor pan but that’s ugly and not OEM so we decided to flatten the folds and spot weld to the floor pan like it would’ve been done from factory - The right way

Ready for the outer sill to go on😎
