Service Advisor Required

📍 SB Auto Services – Prees Heath, Whitchurch

SB Auto Services is a busy, independent garage looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic service advisor to join our growing team. We offer high-quality vehicle repairs, MOTs, servicing, diagnostics and recovery in Prees Heath and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be responsible for:
• Greeting customers and handling enquiries
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
• Preparing estimates , invoices arrange payment and collection of vehicles
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Liaising with technicians and ordering parts
• Managing the daily workshop schedule
• Providing great customer service

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Able to work well in a busy environment
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the motor trade is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.

🛑FULL TIME MOTOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN AND MOT TESTER 🛑

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated individual to join our ever growing team. Our continued work loads means we are looking to expand our work force.

An ideal candidate would have a passion for all things cars, be punctual and have a can do attitude.
A clean UK driving licence would be preferred.
Level 3 qualified in motor vehicle repair
A Class 4 and 7 MOT license would be advantageous, but not essential. We can provide training courses and sponsor you through the proses to gain this qualification.
The successful candidate must also be able to work as a team and work on cars confidently on their own to a high standard.

We repair all makes, models and age of vehicles including vans. Work you would be asked to carry out includes cambelts, clutches, servicing, suspension, tracking brakes, diagnostics turbos etc.

Benefits the successful candidate can expect to receive;
5 day working week (no Saturdays).
A workshop that’s invests in technical data and equipment to make your work easier.
Use of our workshop to maintain their own car.

Good rates of pay.

Location: Prees Heath - Whitchurch SY13
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
