So we've just had this posted to another Shaw FB site.

We will say two things....

1. The machine we use (which is only 3 months old) won't allow you to do this... it literally has protectors on it and we showed the customer this.

2. If you have a problem, then let us try and rectify it or come to an agreement, the whole Team pride ourselves on quality and customer service.

We don't want a shouting match, we just want to put our point of view across as a local small business.
