Here is one recovered in to us by the AA, it was pouring its coolant out due to a failed water pump, new pump fitted and fresh coolant and its back with its owner.

Why do people think its acceptable to leave crappy false google reviews when they don’t get what they want, we got a 1 star today because we refused to work on a vehicle so I had a look at the other reviews the same person left for other business(see the pics), draw your own conclusions on this one is all I can say. We work hard trying to keep our customers on the road and if we cant or dont want to work on any particular vehicle thats our choice not your right and being rude/argumentative on the phone and then leaving poor google reviews is simply not acceptable, what is wrong with these people
