As from today (May 12th) only learner drivers can book their driving test. This means ADIs can no longer assist in swapp...

As from today (May 12th) only learner drivers can book their driving test. This means ADIs can no longer assist in swapping or help find tests, and more importantly it means resellers and bots cannot mop up tests and resell them for vast profits (thank goodness and about time) Whilst I have no idea as to whether this will help the test situation, it is certainly the intention. My advice is to look on the .gov website as often as you can, swaps are still possible, but again that is changing limited to two swaps and must be done by the learner.
