We have a vacancy for an apprentice service and parts advisor.
You will need to have good level of spoken and written communication as well as numerical understanding.
Whilst this is an office-based position some manual handling will be required including carrying parts up and down stairs.
An interest in cars and the motor trade would be an advantage
Hours of work are from 8am to 5.30 Monday to Friday and some Saturday morning.

About us
We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our team, focusing on the maintenance, repair, diagnostic of jaguar Land Rover products
We are a well-established family run business with over 25 years working on jlr products.
We have access to all the latest technical information and diagnostic tools.
We have a clean workshop and would like you to work in similar way although we understand at times its no possible

What You’ll Do
Maintenance: Perform diagnostic and repair work
Diagnostics: Use the latest software to troubleshoot complex faults
Fabrication: Light fabrication and welding
Carry out alignments

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: ideally Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent). Ev qualification a plus however we understand that not everyone can do tests and have people working to high level that don’t have these
Experience: To have experience in a busy workshop working unsupervised carrying out servicing and repair work and possible deeper diagnostics depending on your ability
Driving Licence: A full UK manual clean licence is essential.
Ability to learn new things with assistance
