This major project required careful planning and coordination, including a temporary road closure to facilitate the safe lifting of the engine onto the building's roof.

Our engineer located crystallisation around the dosing valve. Pressure build up carried out before refitting and testing the engine on load.

Machine was back in action for the customer with minimum downtime.

One of the most picturesque locations in the country, our engineers recently attended a commercial marine customer’s vessel to install two new Volvo Penta D8-MH engines that we supplied, replacing the existing Cummins 6BTS engines.

Following the completion of the installation, comprehensive sea trials were carried out to assess the performance of the new propulsion system and confirm that the vessel was fully operational before returning to service.

With the new Volvo Penta engines now in place, the vessel and its crew can continue to provide a reliable service to their customers with confidence, benefiting from the exceptional reliability, fuel efficiency, and performance for which Volvo Penta is renowned.

All hands on deck over in Grimsby as our engineers complete two Volvo Penta jobs for commercial marine customers.

First job was to supply and fit 2 x Volvo Penta D8-MH engines to a survey vessel whilst the second job we had engineers replacing three Volvo Penta D13 IPS 900 drives for a CTV operator.

Our service levels speak for themselves. A quick turn around to ensure the vessels are back in operation with minimal downtime.
