🔥 Bentley Continental GT Speed W12 6.0 – Custom Stage 1 🔥
A proper unit on the dyno!

This W12 came in for a custom Stage 1 remap, going from 580BHP to an impressive 669BHP on our 4WD dyno 💪

Even with our powerful dyno fan, intake temperatures were working against us. With a 6.0 W12 producing this much heat, temperatures started to climb and caused a few dips in the graph, holding the final figure back slightly.

On the road, the natural airflow through the front of the car is considerably greater than we can replicate stationary on the dyno, helping keep intake temperatures under control.

Tuning this one was also a proper old-school process! Both ME7 engine ECUs had to be removed and accessed in boot mode, with painfully slow read and write times compared with the latest generation of ECUs 😅

But the end result made it worthwhile — +89BHP from our custom calibration and a completely transformed W12. 🚀

🔥 Audi RS6 – It's Not Always About Chasing the Biggest Numbers 🔥

This RS6 came to us with a couple of issues. It already had a very aggressive Stage 2 tune, and whilst that's fine when a car is in perfect health, as vehicles age they don't always perform at 100%.

The car had a running lean fault, so we carried out extensive data logging and found the high-pressure fuel pumps weren't performing as they should.

Rather than forcing the existing calibration to work, we started from scratch with a new custom Stage 2 map, carrying out multiple revisions and data logs until we achieved a tune that was still seriously quick, but with all of the safety parameters exactly where we wanted them.

We also fitted new spark plugs and two new coil packs to ensure the ignition system was up to the job.

Anyone can plug in a diagnostic tool and read fault codes. The real skill is understanding why they're there and using experience, data logging, and custom calibration to solve the root cause—not just mask the symptoms.

That's the difference. 💪
