This is the latest Casarva Honda CMX1100 Rebel DCT IRS trike which is off to it's owner in Cheshire. The trike was commissioned on a 73 plate donor bike with very low mileage and has the Honda DCT automatic gearbox.
The conversions is the award winning Casarva Chain Drive Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) bolt on trike conversion in 1.25" steel tube with a new casarva rear disk brake and suspension system with custom rated Casarva shocks and a Casarva Anti-Roll Br in in EN43 spring steel.
The black metallic paint and high gloss frame was duplicated on the trike to the mudguards and frame.
We fitted the Casarva chain drive reverse gearbox and replaced the exhaust system with stainless rerouted one.
Up top we fitted a Puig Bat Fairing and Screen, Hepco and Becker Topcase and Rack plus SW-Motech panniers plus comfy dual Top Sellerie seat.
Wheels are 17" Y spoke alloys in black to match the front with 205 50 17 tyres.
Bing a low profile bike means that the CMX1100 is ideal for those who may find it a challenged to get on board a taller machine, but with 1100cc's it still is able to "make progress"

Trikes get folk out and about and here is a Casarva Rocket 111 adapted for a customer with a custom wheelchair rack, Kliktronic and KLever2 twin brake levers. So now, after years of polishing his helmet he can now wear it with purpose again !

The Casarva Office will be closed from close of business today (Thursday 10th) and will reopen the Monday 21st so I can go and get my battery changed. Workshop is still at it though!

Another Rip-Yer-Arms-Off Casarva Rocket trike hits the road - this time in Suffolk.
Built on a very tidy Rocket Roadster this Casarva Triumph Rocket 111 2.3 litre shaft drive trike with reverse and raked front forks and a reroute of the Platt silencers in stainless steel with mirror polished stainless heatshield where required.
The Casarva Rocket is a favourite and we replicated the twin “Le Mans” red stipes to the mudguards.
As the bike has a 2.3 litre 3 cylinder engine the Rocket 111 is powerful trike weighing in at 500kg – solid too! So we change the trike framework accordingly to deal with that.
The proprietary Casarva Rocket 111 mudguards are fitted with the Rocket’s teardrop stop tail lights, indicators and white front markers.
The shaft drive is coupled to a Casarva Reverse Gearbox which is used with the bike’s gearbox so you have as many reverse gears as forward and means you don’t have to worry about parking, kerbs or garaging.
Also fitted are custom made raked front yokes change the angle of the forks. This makes the steering much lighter but does not sacrifice handling, which is planted because of the Casarva Independent Rear Suspension system (IRS).

Now in the south west with it's owner is this Casarva Harley Softail Classic FLSTC belt drive Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) trike. The Bike was new in 2016 and had seen some duty with a sidecar fitted before but the owner wanted more from it and commissioned us to build his trike. Already fitted with Wasp Motorcycles Leading Links we fitted our belt drive IRS kit to the bike and a reverse gearbox which mounts to the engine on the offside.
The exhaust was made by us in stainless steel with mirror polished stainless heatshieds where required and rerouted to either side underneth the bottom wishbones - a dual system which sounds great.
The wheels are black with polished rims and when you look at the profile echo the white wall on the front tyre.

Casarva Honda NT1100 DCT IRS chain drive trike with reverse gearbox. We converted a 2026 NT1100 with our chain drive trike conversion which has twin wishbones either side, custom rated adjustable shocks and an Casarva Anti Roll Bar in EN43 spring steel.
The drive line features our chain drive differential, High tensile 530 pitch chains with 225 50 17 tyres of multispoke alloys.
Inplace of the single exhaust we made and fitted a twin stainless steel reroute to exit either side underneath the bottom wishbones with carbon fibre silencers for a throaty exhaust note
