Casarva Honda NC750X DCT MY2026 IRS chain drive trike with Customisation mods to suit the owner with the throttle (relocated to the left handlebar). Foot brake moved to the left handlebars (PFM custom lever). Rider footplates
Casarva Chain drive reverse gearbox and ABS delete ( it can't work on 2 wheels at the back).
Finished in the Honda Solid Green with Honda Panniers and Y spoke alloys to match the front.

It's hot. Yep stating the obvious. We are on restricted hours at the moment as welding and fabricating in this heat is not recommended! It seems things will be cooler next week.

Casarva Kawasaki Ninja 500 IRS trike now on its way to it's owner.
The Casarva Kawasaki Ninja 500 actually has a willing parallel twin 450 engine . This Kawasaki trike based on a 2025 donor bike is finished in a Matt Charcoal grey paint to the mudguards and high gloss powder coat to the frame with the top wishbones and the Anti Roll Bar powder coated in candy red to match the bikes frame. Light and nimble it weighs in at only 300Kg

The trike has a Casarva Elite Reverse gearbox fitted so there no hassle getting in and out of places you need to.

There are 17″ Y spoke alloys painted to match the front Candy Red wheel the look and the styling from the donor bike is continued through the new build so it is hard to tell where Casarva starts and Kawasaki finishes.

The rear lights are 3″ LED stacked. On the front of the mudguards are mounted smoked lens white marker lights.

Fitted with new rear disk brake system at the back and with a stainless trigger parking brake the Independent Rear Suspension wishbones on this trike are of the narrow track option making the rear width tyre edge to edge around 1450mm.

Suspension is via two Casarva specification adjustable coil over damper shocks and an Anti-Roll Bar made in EN453 spring steel. The exhaust was discreetly rerouted.

Casarva Triumph Rocket 111 Roadster shaft drive IRS trike with reverse and raked front forks to make the steering lighter.
In a striking black and red paint scheme the Casarva Rocket 111 trike is a very popular conversion.

With our in house engineered Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) system with Casarva rated coil over adjustable shocks and a Casarva Anti-Roll Bar in EN43 spring steel the rear suspension is planted.

The Drive line uses a BMW 5 series car differential with casarva prop shaft and customised half shafts driving the 6 Spoke black / polished alloy wheels. Casarva R111 Mudguards with the Triumph OEM stop tail light are painted to match the bike.

The exhausts have been rerouted by us to exit either side underneath in stainless steel, and we have used the original Triumph silencers with mirror polished heatshields where requires
A Casarva 1" 600 x 300 bed rack which has rivnuts to take a Givi base plate for a top case is finished in the same black powder coat
as the frame which was zinc primed to keep nay tin worm at bay.

The reverse gearbox sits in the drive line and means you can go anywhere without worrying about getting out again!
The raked front forks were made in Norfolk by Billet Bike Bits for us and are beefy and look the part. Finishing off the front is a Puig adjustable touring screen.

My name is Steve and I run Casarva Trikes.
Today I am riding in the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR).
Everyday at Casarva we are involved in creating Trikes. Many of which are for folks who have suffered a physical incapacity which could be due to a stroke or cancer.
If you have a mind to please donate to the DGR which supports the fight against Testicular Cancer. Anything you can give would be appreciated.
On Friday I will attend the funeral of one of my best friends who also was responsible for painting the mudguards on many of our trikes until about 4 years ago and who I was with 2 years ago at the TT.

Trikes being converted at the moment are Rocket 111 Roadster, Honda NC750X DCT Automatic, Harley Fat Boy 117, Kawasaki Ninja 500 and a Kawasaki Vulcan 2000, with an Honda NT1100 DCT and Harley Softail waiting in the wings. So things are pretty busy.
Booking conversions to start in September at the moment.
Trike kits are about 6 weeks lead time - shaft, chain or belt drive.
