Mopars 2026

What a weekend!
So I dragged my car out of storage Thursday night after sitting since street weekend as just haven’t had time to look at her but luckily that didn’t matter

Ran 8.9 off the trailer Friday night and I left it there for qualifying as I didn’t think i would want to push her to go any faster….

Left mine parked up Saturday and helped Robert Moylan with his javelin as we still hadn’t really got time to dial her in since all the winter upgrades I did this year. First run was a pb for Rob with a 10.3 Then with every tweak on the laptop every run went faster ending the day on a 9.0 so we qualified one after the other on the table.

Both cars completed the cruise Saturday night including a trip to Tesco to get more ice!🧊

Sunday morning come and we both lined up for round 1. I was in the Que listening to Colin say Rob had won and run an 8.9!! Perfect 👌🏻.

I also went through with an 8.8 👌🏻

Round two Rob backs up the 8.9 with another but unfortunately not fast enough reaction to take the win.

I drew bill so added some boost and got lucky car went 8.8 again (no improvement) but bill went red and blew the tyres off

Puzzled the car didn’t pick up I added some timing too for the semis but unfortunately I went red🙄

BUT the car went 8.52! Fastest it’s gone with this combo! So the loss didn’t feel so bad!!

Both cars left with a new pb. Both cars in that 8s. Both cars had no mechanical issues and drove back on the trailer for another day…. Does that happen often? No! But when it does! What a weekend.

Was great for me to finally be able to see what Rob’s car could do after all my work and see his face when he ran into the 8s. 😎.

So like busses there’s now two 8 second street javelins in the U.K. 🇬🇧 🚌 🚌

Got one run in for qualifying tonight in the 8s off the trailer happy with 😎

Gen 5 been and gone. Came in for intermittent Starting issue so fixed that and added a little more noise! rear exhaus...
