🚨 Motorbike Theft Prevention – Oxford 🚨

We’re aware of an increase in motorbike thefts across the Oxford area and are urging owners to take extra steps to protect their bikes.

Top Crime Prevention Advice 🔐
- Use strong, high-quality chains and locks – thinner chains can be easily cut.
- Secure your motorbike to a fixed object wherever possible.
- Store your bike in a locked garage or other secure location if you can.
- Consider additional security such as alarms, trackers, or security lighting.

What we’re doing 👮
Neighbourhood Policing Teams are actively working to tackle this issue along with other specialised departments. We are pursuing all viable lines of enquiry, have already taken positive action in making arrests & will continue to do so!
