Italicar Specialists in Italian cars including Alfa Romeos, Fiats and Lancias. italicar is a small family business, run by brothers Luke and Kirk Miller.

Our father managed a successful Alfa Romeo and Fiat main dealership throughout the 80s and 90s, so neither of us grew up wanting to be train-drivers! With the soundtrack of our early years provided by a symphony of Lampredi twin-cams and Busso V6s, we were powerless to escape the obsession. Our family car history reads like a Top Trumps' pack of Italian automotive history; Alfa Romeo GTAs, 155s, S

piders, GTVs, Fiat 124s, Coupes, Barchettas, a Lancia Delta HF integrale and many, many more. Even if we weren't working with Italian cars for a living, we'd still be buying them! We are seeing more and more Maserati's 🔱 through the doors here at italicar 😍 (don't worry, we're still happy to work your fiat Punto too!) Earlier in the week we had a beautiful Levante diesel in for a service.

But today was a first for us, not only our first Grecale, but one of the first hybrids we've seen! ⚡😬⚡With all the rainwater around, I was a little concerned I may get electrocuted and to be quite honest, I wasn't overly excited. The fact I was working on a measley 2.0, 4 cylinder, turbocharged engine in a Maserati just didn't sit right with me. 😕 But after an oil and spark plug change, I had to road test her to ensure my tinkering wasn't about to bring some horrific warning lights on the dash...
... And wow 😮... This car does indeed deserve the 🔱 badge! 😍❤️🇮🇹 The future of cars may not be completely doomed yet!...

Well this weekend we said farewell to a long time resident 😢 that we'd been restoring to it's former glory over the past couple of years. With just the interior to finish off this beautiful Lancia Beta saloon (something the owner wanted to do himself) it drove gracefully onto the trailer that was to take it back home to Birmingham...
.. But not before we unloaded a rather sorry looking Beta coupe from the same trailer, ready to get the same treatment as it's saloon sister has had!

Attention attention!! 📢 Awaiting preparation for sale!!

We have just taken in this beautiful 156 V6 in a very rare colour combination. We don't think we've seen many 156's in this gorgeous metallic blue at all... Let alone a 2.5 V6 version! 😍💙 With contrasting white leather and the rarer 17" teardrop alloys, this car really stands out from the rest!

We've been looking after it for the past few years for the previous owner, who was a very fastidious 156 fanatic. He'd been searching for years for the right car, and when he saw this one, he bit the bullet and didn't regret it!

This car has been pampered all its life and wanted for nothing. It's been to all the big names (italicar 😉) autolusso, Alfatune, parts invoices from Alfashop... Was even looked after by a Maserati specialist in it's early life! The history file is nearly as impressive as the car itself!

We had the pleasure of setting up her rear brakes and MOT'ing her this week! The leather interior and sporty wheels make her look a little more sporty than she is, with just 26hp!!

Wow! 😍 We had our first Levante in yesterday for a service! 🔱 What a beast she is! The V6 petrol twin turbo sounded incredible 🔊... Especially with the exhaust open in sports mode!

The owner is lucky enough to use this as his daily driver and hats off to him for using it as it was designed... Not sat up being polished every day!

I think we could start seeing a few more beasts like this! We are now one of few local garages that can enter the Maserati Security Gateway to keep modern service schedules up to date in the vehicles ECU. 💪🏼

Shhh 🤫 Don't tell everyone, but last year we took delivery of a poorly non Italian workhorse and were tasked with saving her!

We thought it was just Italian metal that rusted but this ford P100 proved that's not the case! Lots of cutting ✂️ shaping and welding 👨🏻‍🏭 (and a complete respray!) she is once again ready to shift some loads about! Today the owners came and picked her up and couldn't have picked a better day for it 😎☀️
