Losing a car key is an absolute nightmare, but it’s even worse when you’re worried someone else might find it and gain access to your pride and joy.

That was the situation for a customer with this lovely Toyota C-HR Hybrid.
First, we deleted the lost remote from the car's system so it can never be used to start or unlock the vehicle again.

Has you Car Remote been for a swim !!

We’ve heard a few "how did you lose your key?" stories in our time, but this one is up there! One of our customers managed to drop the spare remote key for their BMW right into a lake.
Needless to say, electronics and deep water don't tend to get on very well... 🐟❌
