1969 Volkswagen T2 1600cc Westfalia Camper 1600cc 'Pop-Top'

A charming example of the iconic Volkswagen T2 Westfalia camper, finished in cream and fitted with the desirable elevating pop-top roof. Imported to the UK from California in 2008, this classic camper has spent much of its life in the dry Californian climate, helping to preserve its outstanding original condition.
The bodywork benefits from years in the Californian sunshine and presents with rust free panels and a solid, rust-free underside. Importantly, the vehicle retains its original body panels. It is difficult to convey the condition of this example it is not to be confused with a restored example that has had endless body repairs or concealing a multitude of horrors .The interior is in remarkable condition retaining is original front factory seat covers. The rear cushion covers, curtains and floor coverings are in excellent condition as is the recently renewed 'Pop Top' canvas. All the wood veneer is in very good condition. Looked after properly there is no reason why this will not last another fifty years unlike most on the market .

This camper features the highly desirable and genuine 'Westfalia' factory camper conversion, renowned for its practicality and period charm. The elevating roof provides additional headroom and versatility, making it an ideal companion for weekend escapes and classic road trips. The original 'Westfalia' plaque is retained and mounted inside the vehicle confirming its authenticity.

Recent works and servicing include, full gearbox overhaul, new carburettor, distributor and leads, brake overhaul including wheel cylinders and brake shoes. Two brand new rear tyres just fitted.

The camper has been in the vendor’s family for the past four years and is supplied with its current V5C registration document, which records three previous UK keepers. The odometer currently reads 40,000 miles.

Being left-hand drive, it is particularly well suited to European touring, offering the authentic driving experience these classic Volkswagen campers are known for.

1955 Austin A30 Saloon

We are delighted to offer this charming 1955 Austin A30 Saloon, recently taken in part exchange from a local owner. A wonderful example that has clearly been cherished throughout its life, presenting in truly exceptional condition.

Finding an A30 that hasn't succumbed to the ravages of rust is becoming increasingly difficult, making this car quite remarkable. The bodywork is outstanding, with exceptionally straight panels and excellent fit throughout. The floor pans, sills and underside are all 100% solid, even retaining the original jacking points – something almost unheard of on these cars, which were once renowned for rusting with enthusiasm!

The wings, doors, bonnet and boot lid are all beautifully solid, while the paintwork has a deep, glossy finish that really complements the car's timeless lines.

Inside, the cabin is equally impressive. The original seat upholstery and door cards have survived in excellent condition, while the headlining is quite incredible and is very much like new. Everything has a wonderfully authentic feel, exactly as an unspoilt A30 should.

Mechanically, the Austin starts instantly at the turn of the key and drives extremely well. It rides on an excellent set of radial tyres, making it a very usable and enjoyable classic.

Accompanying the car is a comprehensive history folder containing service records, invoices, receipts and the original handbooks. The odometer currently displays just 23,000 miles. Whilst this could well be genuine, it cannot be warranted due to the vehicle's age.

The Austin A30 is one of Britain's most characterful post-war family cars. Although compact on the outside, the interior is surprisingly spacious, making it a delightful classic for local shows, weekend drives or simply enjoying some nostalgic motoring.

A beautifully preserved example in exceptional condition throughout and a rare opportunity to own one of the best A30s we have encountered in many years.

A wonderful addition to our usual selection of classic and future classic motor cars, this superb 2003 (53) BMW 330Ci Sport Convertible Automatic has just arrived with us, having been taken in part exchange from a long term owner in Fife, Scotland, who cherished the car for the past seven years.

Showing a genuine 95,000 miles from new, an average of just over 4,000 miles per year, this BMW is supported by a comprehensive service history, including eight stamps in the original service book, together with a substantial folder of invoices, receipts and previous bills. It retains its original book pack and owner's manuals, providing further confidence in its careful ownership and maintenance. Two brand new front tyres just fitted and oil and filter renewed.

I personally drove the car over 400 miles back from Fife to our premises, and it performed faultlessly throughout the journey. The smooth and refined 3.0 litre six cylinder engine, coupled with the superb Sport Automatic gearbox with Sport mode, makes for an effortless yet engaging driving experience. It is remarkably economical for a performance convertible and is a true pleasure to drive.

Finished in stunning Metallic Black with full leather upholstery, the car presents exceptionally well with beautiful bodywork, excellent paintwork and a smart, well-cared for interior.
