Nice little trip out for Chris today, when duty calls he’s on it! A compressor went down on one of scanias. Limped into Warwick services and away we go. Trip down in the van, compressor changed and away we go. Keeping the wheels moving 🛠️🚛

What a job this turned out to be!!

Called out to inspect a vehicle that had been in a bump. What we first thought was all cosmetic damage unfortunately turned into a different story. After further investigation we found the pedal box had actually been pushed in holding the footbrake on. Full strip down, rejig of the cab and we’re good to go. 😎

Nice little breakdown on the A69 for a good customer. Low coolant warning on dash. Split pipe found and replaced. On he goes for the ferry ⛴️🛠️

Here’s a selection of the latest jobs to go through the workshop and being repaired Roadside.

💫 MAN in with exhaust brake trouble. Previously had an exhaust brake fitted elsewhere. Broken wire found and repaired putting this one back into service

💫 DAF in for a seat repair

💫 Merc in for coolant issues resulted in a new EGR cooler

💫 Iveco with air issues. Located a cracked pressure limiting valve. Unfortunately the valve that it was joined to couldn’t be removed from the chassis. We added a flexy adapt and overcome the issue. Solutions not problems 💪

💫 Spring eye bushes into a MAN for MOT

💫 Merc in for Ablue faults, diagnosed and repaired

We operate from our site in Morpeth but also across the north east.

Busy busy busy today..

A varied selection of jobs..

💫 Shiney new compressor onto an actros
💫 MAN with no wipers fitted with a new motor
💫 MAN with various faults resulted in a new park brake switch.
💫 Air leak repaired on this waltzer to keep the fair spinning

Among this was a couple of PMI’s and an oil service. All in a days work. Team work makes the dream work.
